Delete a single attack
- Open the History tab.
- Swipe left on the attack and tap Delete.
- Or open the attack and choose Delete this record.
Removed: that attack, its details and medicines, and the Headache entry Aura wrote for it in Apple Health.
Deleting your data
Delete anything. Or everything.
There’s no account to close and no request to send. Your diary lives on your iPhone, so you can remove it yourself, right now, in a few taps — including what Aura saved to Apple Health.
Erase all of it
- On the Now tab, tap the ≡ button at the top to open Settings.
- Scroll to Your data and tap Erase everything.
- Confirm with Erase all my data.
Removed: every attack, dose and environment reading on this iPhone, and every Headache sample Aura wrote to Apple Health. It can’t be undone.
Remove Aura completely
- If you want Aura’s Health entries gone too, erase everything first.
- Touch and hold the Aura icon, then tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then confirm.
Removed: the app, its widgets and its whole on-device database. Entries already in Apple Health stay there until you delete them.
What erasing removes
Deliberate, and complete.
Erasing is permanent, so Aura asks you to confirm — and when you do, it doesn’t leave copies behind. “A delete that leaves copies behind is not a delete.” Try the demo; nothing real happens.

Erase everything?
Every attack, dose and environment reading is deleted from this phone, along with the headache samples Aura wrote to Apple Health. This cannot be undone, and Aura has no copy anywhere else.
The corners worth knowing about
Copies that live outside Aura.
Aura can only delete what’s inside Aura. A few things you may have made along the way are kept by other parts of your iPhone, or by you.
Apple Health, by hand
To review or remove Aura’s entries yourself, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Privacy › Apps › Aura. From there you can turn off Aura’s access or delete all data from Aura.
Old iPhone backups
Backups made before you erased still contain your diary. Delete an old backup in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › Backups, or in Finder on your Mac.
Reports you shared
PDFs and CSVs you exported are separate copies. Delete them wherever you saved or sent them — Files, Mail, Messages, or a clinic’s system.
Requests to us
We have nothing of yours to delete.
Aura has no account, no server and no analytics, so we don’t hold any personal data about you — there is no deletion request to make, and nothing to wait for.
If you’ve emailed us, and would like that conversation deleted, write to hello@ozar.io and we’ll remove it.
This website stores one thing, only if you use it: your “attack mode” choice, in your own browser. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.
